Orders & Shipping


For ordering our product, you will have to provide a valid payment method for all the payments. If we don’t receive payment or payment form is declined, no order will be placed. We’ll send you the order confirmation mail when you successfully place the order. We’ll keep you updated about your order dispatching and delivery date through mail and text message.

Prices of our products may change at any time. If we launch any promotional offer after you place the order, that offer will not be applicable on your order.


For us, our customer satisfaction is very important. Hence, we inspect the product and follow best packaging technique before handing it over to our delivery partner.

We often ship the product in 3 - 4 business days. However, shipping time may vary during festivals, due to acts of nature, or other unexpected situations.

Shipping charges may or may not apply for orders below Rs. 500. You can track your order with the tracking ID provided in dispatch confirmation mail.

Our trusted delivery partner will pick-up and drop your order at your provided address. If delivery partner faces difficulty in finding your address, he/she will contact you. If your order is lost during shipping, the total cost of product and shipping will be refunded to you unless it’s cash on delivery order.
