Returns & Cancellation


At Ultraveda Nutrition, we stand behind our products and quality control and strive for 100% customer satisfaction with all our products. However, if for some reason you buy our product at and find the product dissatisfying, you can request for the refund of the product.

You will NOT get refund in following circumstances:

  • If the product you wish to return is damaged and/or tempered by you.
  • If you have used the part of product and then request for refund.
  • If the product is same as described by Ultraveda Nutrition but you are unsatisfied.
  • If you request for the refund after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Please make sure that the product is unused and packaging is preserved for refund request.


If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, you can cancel it only before the order is dispatched for the delivery.

Once your order cancellation is confirmed, we shall process your refund within 7 business days unless it is cash on delivery order.

Your cancellation request won’t be applicable if the order is already shipped.
